amazing power and speed--50 amps @ 50 volts will push me just over 40 mph--26" rim--total weight 280 lbs.--does just what they said it would & completely silent--so much fun--this is truly an electric motorcycle.......

This motor is the best one I have tried after 2 other motors in the last year. It has more torque and climbs hills better and I can confirm what their ad says. It seems more quiet and more efficient. I like the stainless spokes and how they fit on the rim is nice. You can tell the wires are bigger than last years on both the controller and the motor. mayby this one will last! This is my favorite company for e-bike parts! They are professional, ship fast and the best products.

Very fast on 48v, hit 38mph on a 26" wheel at 65 amps. The motor can climb hills very well and produces very little heat.. i can tell that it is capable of more power than the crystalyte HS3540 motors.
Laminations are 0.35mm and the stator windings are very tight and flat, this is good for efficiency.. :)
My suggestion: You should offer a winding with 1 more turn that will produce 30mph on a 26" wheel.. this would be much better, and have better torque. This winding is too fast per volt ( ~13kv )
